Maturing for 15 years in the finest oak barrels before finishing in casks which previously held cabernet sauvignon red wine from the Napa Valley.

On the palate of this is a delightful mix of honeyed sweetness, ripe red berries, and soft spices. Notes of vanilla, dark chocolate. A hint of oak provide a well-rounded, lingering finish with a subtle touch of tannins from the red wine casks.
