the skins, then fermentation in steel and acacia
tonneau
AGEING: 11 months on the fermentation lees in
the same fermentation containers
ALCOHOL: 12-13%
Straw-gold yellow, deep, intense and elegant flavor of white and yellow flowers, acacia and broom, yellow pulp fruit, with intriguing camomile and white pepper hints.
Surprisingly fresh acidity in the mouth, making the wine a perfect matching for fresh cheese, white meet and fine dishes of boiled or raw seafood.
Ideal on ricotta or burrata ravioli with tomato and Navelli saffron fonduta sauce.
