Blend of the following Olives, Cold Pressed in a continuous press: MORAIOLO, MAURINO, INTOSSO, ASCOLANA, LECCINO, LECCIO DEL CORNO, PERENZANA AND FRANTOIO.

Color green with yellow reflexes.

The aroma is complex and harmonious thanks to fruit nuance of delicate almond, and to various herbaceous tones of artichoke and some special whit and yellow flowers.
