Matetic Corralillo Riesling 2022 is a great company for preparation on fish, such as sushi. Dishes subtly seasoned with ginger or curry. Asian meals in general and desserts. Serve at 10ºC.
Their are the fruit of the distinctive terroir of the Rosario Valley. Old granitic soils, together with the pronounced costal influence from the Pacific Ocean, are determining factors in the production of wines with a sense of place, and true to their origin.
Matetic are a boutique biodynamic winery in the Rosario Valley, between the coastal valleys of Casablanca and San Antonio. Planting the vineyards took place in 1999, on the hillsides of this privileged area, making them among the pioneers of cool-climate syrah production in Chile.
Biological–dynamic agriculture promotes the biodiversity of the flora and fauna, protecting the health of the agriculturists and the consumers. The agricultural field is conceived as an individual, with the earth, plants, animals, cosmos, and men coming together to form one organism.
