Little Pomona Thick Cut Yarlington Mill Sparkling Cider is the braichild of cidermaker Laurence Cocking, who joined Litte Pomona in the late Spring of 2022. A self-confessed Yarlinton Mill addict, he joyfully tasted through the many tanks and barrels of this variety from the previous year’s harvest. This provided the inspiration for Thick Cut. A bottle-conditioned, single-varietal cider, aged for 12 months in ex-cognac casks.

• This cider has such a deep amber colour that it looks as though you are pouring liquid marmalade into a glass
• Remarkable complexity on the nose, with notes of barley sugar, incense, dark chocolate, candied orange and smoke
• A beautiful sweetness comes through on the palate, with added flavours of clementine, orange peel and baking spices
• A full-bodied cider with chewy tannins and genle acidity, making it a great food cider

Enjoy with roast pork, duck a l’orange, monkfish, crab, or nutty cheeses.

All Little Pomona products are gluten free, vegan friendly, sustainably made, and most of them are even sugar free.

This cider has no added sulphites.
