Little Pomona Brut Zero Traditional Method Sparkling Cider

Little Pomona Brut Zero is a Sparkling Cider made by the same traditional method of producing sparkling as in Champagne. Foxwhelp, Ellis Bitter and Ashton Bitter apples from three different vintages are fermented, and partly matured in barrel. After blending, the cider is then bottled with the addition of sugar and yeast to encourage secondary fermentation in bottle. The carbon dioxide gets trapped under pressure, creating bubbles. The cider then spends 22 months resting on its lees, before being disgorged by hand with zero dosage. Hence the name Brut Zero.

- A creamy texture with gentle tannin and vibrant acidity
The perfect cider for celebrations and special moments. Also pairs well with shellfish, fish and chips, sushi and sashimi, Pad Thai and butternut squash ravioli.
All Little Pomona products are gluten free, vegan friendly, sustainably made, and most of them are even sugar free.
This cider has no added sulphites.
