Jancis and her designer, Richard Brendon, wanted to produce decanters as part of their collaboration, recognising that the sort of decanter for young wines can be very different from what’s required for older wines.

The “young wine” decanter mirror the shape of the wine glass while maximising the surface area of the wine and providing an ideal way of aerating the wine: seizing the neck of the decanter and swirling around the wine without a spill.
