Vermut La Gitana is developed from a recovered recipe used by the to make this legendary wine in the 19th and 20th Century.

Ideal as an aperitif or with dessert. Serve on its own, over ice or as part of a cocktail.
Made using Oloroso Faraon and Pedro Ximenez Triana. Both ageing for 12 years in the solera system in casks that are over a hundred years old. Once blending is complete, there is an infusion of aromatic herbs for another 6 months.
