Henri Giraud Blanc de Blancs Craie is a particularly unique Blanc de Blancs Champagne in that the chardonnay vines are from he chalky soils of Ay.
A vineyard area famous for pinot noir. The result is a slightly more generous style of Blanc de Blancs Champagne, and a totally unique expression of the style.

Henri Giraud passionately adhere to the notion of terroir. Producing that are a true expression of the grape varieties and where they are from. With zero compromise on quality.
They make champagne using natural methods, including fermentation in old oak, and minimal sulphur additions. Robert Parker famously describes them as the finest champagne house virtually no one has ever heard of.
