Lazio is the region that Rome is in. Gotto d’oro is in the province of Castelli Romani
This is an excellent white wine. fresh and good fruity bouquet

Grapes : Malvasia di Candia, Malvasia Puntinata, Trebbiano Toscano
the oldest and therefore naturally less vigorous plants, thus sacrificing production to the advantage of greater aromatic complexity and gustatory structure. This sacrifice is rewarded by the glass. Frascati Superiore is the only Lazio DOCG white wine and therefore deserves to have a prominent place within the Vinea Domini line.
