Drappier Trop M’en Faut! Coteaux Champenois

The creator of Drappier ‘Trop m’en Faut’ Coteaux Champenois is Hugo Drappier. The name comes from the old French way of saying, “I can’t get enough”.

Producing this wine from 100% pinot gris, also known locally as Fromenteau. These grapes are a part of the estate’s ‘forgotten garden’ of varieties. Growing alongside petit meslier, arbane and blanc vrai.

• The 2021 edition takes 50% of its grapes from the 2017 harvest and the other half from 2018
• Bottling the wine after natural malolactic fermentation with no clarification or filtering
• Drappier Trop M’en Faut! Coteaux Champenois is a bright golden colour
• Semi-sparkling with a rich mouthfeel. Honeyed fruits combine with baked apple, poached pear and pineapple
