An exemplary Saint-Chinian made by Jean Lacugue. Jean has 60 hectares of vines planted among olive groves on limestone soils. Terrific light levels and a long, sunny growing season ensure phenolic ripeness at the time of harvesting for this up-and-coming estate in a seriously underrated and therefore great value appellation.
