• Balancing the whisky’s formidable smoke with ripe fruit notes. Reflecting the meticulous distillation process and the influence of its maritime environment. The homegrown Islay barley contributes a malty sweetness, enriched by the briny kiss of sea spray, creating an authentic sense of place
• On the nose, smoked cinder toffee and rich malted Islay barley sugar mingle with honey and fresh citrus. Enhancing the aroma with dried fruit, crushed seashells, and Octomore’s intense peat smoke, while cloves, toasted nuts, and a hint of coconut add layers of complexity. Butterscotch, brown sugar, and warm bread pave the way for a whisky that is deeply cereal-forward
