Bivrost Midgard Whisky – Ninth Release

The ninth and final release from the Bivrost nine worlds of Norse mythology limited-edition series. Handcrafted under the glow of the Northern Lights, at the foot of the majestic Lyngen Alps, at 69 °N. Made from Nordic barley, fermented with glacial meltwater from the Lyngen Alps and distilled in their hi-tech still. This is a fusion of modern distilling technology and tradition.

The ninth release, Bivrost Midgard showcases the realm where humanity resides, nestled between the domains of the Aesir and the giants.

Bivrost Midgard has been matured in mixture of European and American oak before being aged in Oloroso Sherry casks. The nose reveals Oriental spices, clove, and vanilla intertwined with dried fruits and a touch of Sandalwood. The palate boasts a substantial, oily body, concluding with a long finish accompanied by a subtle hint of oak sherried undertones and dried fruits.
