This Balvenie single malt has been maturing initially in American Oak casks before spending the last 8 years of its life in casks which previously held Pineau French wine. Distilling Balvenie 18 year old French oak Pineau cask whisky in 2005. Bottling at 47.9% with non-chill filtrated.

• Enjoy notes of honey and vanilla. Complemented by a hint of fresh orchard fruits, including apple and pear
• The influence of the Pineau casks introduces subtle nuances of dried fruits, citrus zest, and a touch of kitchen spices such as ginger and nutmeg
