Planted back in 2005 on the lower slopes of a sunny south-facing plot, covering less than a hectare. Nebbiolo boasts a modest yet charming vineyard heritage. After a careful harvest, the grapes have 15-16 day skin contact before fermenting in stainless steel tanks. Then spend up to two years ageing in oak barrels, with a mix of old botti and barriques.
