Tenimenti Civa are based in the Bellazola village in the Friuli Colli Orientali wine region. Valerio Civa’s dream is to promote and spread knowledge about the Ribolla Gialla grape variety indigenous to this area. A grape with a rich flavour profile balanced by high natural acidity, well suited to producing quality still and .

For this Ribolla Gialla, the vines grow on marl and sandstone soils. Harvesting grapes at the coolest hours of the day to retain freshness and aromatics. Fermentation is carried out over the course of 15 days in stainless steel tanks at 16-18 degrees Celsius.
