Distilling the Macallan Fine & Rare 1991 in 1991 and bottling in 2016 from a single, ex-sherry cask. Cask number, #7027 and bottled at an impressive 49.4% ABV. Matured to perfection for 25 years before being signed and dated by hand.

• A nose of dried fruit, vanilla, honey, and subtle spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. Complemented by a gentle smokiness and sherry notes
• On the palate, it reveals full-bodied flavours of ripe orchard fruits, creamy toffee, caramel, and a touch of dark chocolate. Balanced by oak and spices such as clove and ginger
• The finish is long and warming, with lingering dried fruit, oak, and a hint of vanilla and smokiness, showcasing the depth and character of this exceptional single malt
