Eyes of the river 

A love poem by the Sicilian drummer and musician Alfio 
Antico which describes the blue eyes of the beloved. 

White wine made of a blend of the grape varieties 90% Carricante and 10% Grecanico .The grapes are cultivates on the Etna Mountain, in a vineyard with a planting density of 6000 vines per hectare 

The wine is brilliant, clear straw yellow and the nose feels the aromatic complexity that sets this wine apart, with notes of intense floral and tropical fruit. In the mouth it is fresh, complex, with good sapidity (full-flavored). The name means Eyes of the River
