Little Pomona Ripple is a single-varietal still cider made with Egremont Russet. A variety known as the cider apple equivalent of Chardonnay, which inspired an idea to create a Chablis alternative from apples. The resemblance is uncanny.

• Bright, pale lemon colour in the glass
• Fragrant nose of jasmine blossom, honey and blanched almonds.
• Beautiful purity of fruit on the palate, with flavours of white peach, melon rind, anise and crystalised lemon peel.
• A wonderfully crystalline and elegant expression of dry cider.
