Whisky is where Beeble’s journey began in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside. One hive of honey bees teamed up with one innovative beekeeper to create their first batch of honey whisky.

Strathearn hand-pick their barley and delicately combine it with yeast to catalyse the fermentation process. After three years of maturing in barrels, a creation of delicious scotch finally arrives. The expertly blending the scotch using honey from the Wiltshire hives to form a smooth, rich, honey-infused .
