Dark Matter Spiced Rum

Created in Banchory in Scotland by two brothers, Jim and John Ewen. Crafting each batch of Dark Matter Spiced Rum by hand to a unique recipe. Containing Oriental ginger, Indonesian long pepper, allspice berries and Thai green peppercorns. Infused with distilled by Dark Matter Distilleries.

• The blend of fresh and dried aromatic spices contributes to the unique flavour profile. Unashamedly punchy but with a touch of sweetness and an expansively long finish.
